My Supreme Court Short List: Judges Who Should Be Nominated, But Won't Be

Two people with serious intellectual accomplishments:

	Richard Posner.
	Alex Kozinksi.

Neither is on lists like this.

Alas, it won't happen. Posner's too old, and he's written about sex. Twice. Kozinski's too independent, too funny, and maybe too Jewish.

Too bad.
